My son is 3.5 months old and I have given him the 3.5 month vaccine on 24 sep. After giving him the vaccine, my son had a slight fever and I gave him paracetamol drops. But today 25 sep when he urinates, his urine smells bad, like camical. what causes it?

Ma’am says it has been 24 hours or more tomorrow you should talk to your doctor about it and if they advise you to get a urine test done for your child go ahead with that because that is only going to give you a very clear understanding of the situation that is there
