My son is 2yrs 4months not speaking much just basic words Amma,Appa calling everyone in the relationship but not speaking more than that but he respond to his name and what we comment he will act upon that

Just communicate more with your child get some board books flash cards toys with which you can play and teach better to the child teacher child to connect to words to say something over the period will pick up because there is no delay to be seen as of now so you can wait
