My son is 2yr 9 month old . He doesn’t eat proper food . After very struggling eat some bite.what can i do?

Namaste Mom, first is to avoid force feeding the child, and also make sure that there is no excess milk intake and unnecessary snacking as well. make a diet routine and set his meal, snack and meal time, avoid screen , and make the child sit along when you are eating and offer food from your plate
