my son is 2yr 8month old baby boy.his front 4 teeth have dental cavities.is it cure after teeth will grow?

You will have to get the cavities treated as they will not heal themselves. The front teeth will shed off around the age of 7-8 years so there is still time. To avoid further spread of cavities get the treatment done.

It Would be better for you to get a check with a paediatric dentist once you know you need to get the extraction done of the day to day will just fill it up for the time being because they’re going to break anyways he’s the milk it is better to discuss it with the doctor
