my son is 2yr 6months old unable to speak his mother tongue.but he is curious to learn alphabet, numbers nd he also says them recognises the colour , numbers and alphabet related things. what should I do to enable his speech power..??

A. hello encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and also if required check with your doctor if speech therapy is needed for the child which can be helpful and you should give childs some pretend play activities which can help improve the speech in kids
