Q.

my son is 2yr 2months old.... his weight is 12kg...he is very very thin... what to do sir... he eats all thing rice dal ghee vegetables banana apple.. what else I can give him so that he can put some muscle weight or weight

A. dear, 12 kg weight is correct, Give desi ghee, yoghurt, tofu, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mangi, custard apple will help to increase weight

A. mam he doesn't like to eat fish paneer egg chicken and i give him desi ghee only... everyone is telling he looks like skeleton.... what to give so he look little chubby... not chubby also but at least good...he has a habit of lip biting while sleeping and something grinding teeth
