my son is 2years 10 months old earlier he will eat little bit but now a days he not at all eating any food for whole day he will eat 2 tbspoon of rice and 10 small pieces of roti I will give so many options but he does not like to eat anything he will drink only milk that to before sleeping or while sleeping what should I do to make him to eat pls suggest me doctor
