my son is 2and half year old two weeks agohe gad gastroenteritis .he lost little weight.helooks skinny. how can i help him gain his weight and improve his immunity.

please offer homemade healthy food.
if your child looks happy and active then no need to much worry about his or her appearance.
please focus on healthy development of your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
