my son is 28 month old. he is not speaking as much as he intended. he says gibberish and some word like baba papa da ba ca dada etc. is it normal or do I need to consult with pediatrician?

Maam is your child understanding everything responding well otherwise following your simple simple commands and responding to its name because if your child is doing all the other things no problem as of now but if the child is not having proper speech then there is is no harm consulting a speech therapist once
