Mom of a 2 yr 4 m old boy2 years ago
Q.

My son is 23 days old. He was born at 36w+4d, later preterm. He is at his growth spur now, he has very frequent feeds, he clustur feeds at times sometimes as much as every 5 mins for 2 hours irrespective of day and night.. He has started voming milk since 3 days after such feeds. I tried burping him before feed, in between feeds when he feeds continuous for more than 15 mins. He still gets a lot of gas, sometimes keeps crying at night. Is there any way to help my child.

A. Do check whT you eat. Feed your baby in a more upright position. Frequent burps during and after each feeding can keep air from building up in your baby's stomach.. Follow each feeding with 30 minutes in an upright position
