my son is 20months old now, he can say words like that, amma, nanna and babu, kka. but can't talk anything more. we are worried why he is not talking. is this normal or need any treatment 😏

A. probably your baby is speaking properly monosyllables like mama papa Dada etc some babies may take some more time for having more vocabulary interact more with your child to improve his speech
