My son is 20 months old, he skin so soft but he is getting brown color rashes on neck and sometimes folds of hands. Anyone please suggest how to get rid of it. I am using Sofibar Soap for bathing. Thanks in advance.

Skin kindly apply moisturizing lotion or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is caausing allergy on the skin
