Q.
My son is 20 months old ..but still he hasn’t started speaking yet but tells everything my action or pointing finger ..he just speak mumma and mai mai ..what to do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. you can wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluenntlytly if its not so then consult doc, keep interacting more dont worry if other milestones are normal . . .

See It doesn’t seem like a problem at all to me I’m just going to say some kids pick up late but try that you encourage your child to talk more don’t do things when he’s pointing out I think try to tell your child to say the word that whatever he wants even if the child starts saying word by word then your child will start speaking better and good over the time
