my son is 2 yrs old.he is frequently pooping in green color from the past 4 days.I had observed the same problem in my daughter since yesterday.what might be the reason for this?

A. hi. if tge stool consistency is watery n foul snelling than it might be some indigesion or infection. give natural probiotics, ors,watern condult ur doctor in person. ok
