HomeQuestions & AnswersMy son is 2 yrs n 3 months old. His upper front teeth has a yellowish colour enamel loss and chipped at the end. Dentist suggests GIC restoration n fluoride varnish to begin with, and may be after a year putting crown.
Is it necessary to get GIC Restoration n crown?
This teeth would fall off in a few years. Moreover I am 100% sure, he will not co-operate for the same. Is it enough if I ensure to take good care of whatever is remaining of the teeth( dental hygiene n application of GC Mousse),until it falls off?
I don't want my child to go through a traumatic experience at this age.

Only A paediatric dentist who is going to assess the situation can give you a correct solution to that see without proper assessment of the teeth we cannot give you any guidance so if you are not willing to get the procedure done you take an advice from another paediatric dentist and then you see what they have to say and then it would be easier for you to take the decision
