My son is 2 yrs 4 months, he doesn't respond to his name and not speaking, but makes eye contact and imitates.. Does he autistic?

Hello mom If your baby is speaking few words but not properly then in such case you should definitely join the speed therapy it will help in improving babies speaking skills. But if your baby is not speaking a single word you’re there in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it
