maam my child speaks 2-4 words bt forgets it after some days ..he maintains good eye contact and respond to his name as well when given any instructions he does so .. can u plz explain how to make him start speaking..quiet worried

A. to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticize the child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leaxve permit the child to watch the activities that allow to improve his language -take your child outside (open environment) and have a talk with the xchild regarding the things around the child -introduce new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in.
