Look at the child usually doesn’t pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years then in that case it is considered a delay in the speech so it is going to be good for you to consult your doctor once I would recommend you to visit they can tell you if there’s a deal in therapy would be required and according to that if there is any treatment then they suggest proceed with that
