My son is 2 years old, he is vomiting yesterday morning and 2 times this morning, he didn't eat anything, only drank mother's milk and my son doesn't eat anything, he is not gaining weight.

A. dear parent, reason for vomiting could be due to some sort of stomach infection or indigestion. you should consult your baby's doctor for the same and get your baby checked.
