Q.

my son is 2 years old. he eats too many chocolates or toffees in a day daily. I got very upset with this but can't help it as his grandparents give him. I want to know how many chocolates or toffees he can eat in a day which is ok?

A. Practically you should not give more than one or two in a day and that will be same because the child is eating too much because actually chocolates and sweets are not good they actually damage the immune system of the child from the beginning itself and high content of sugar is definitely not good so you need to talk to your in-laws and put a stop to this this is not healthy for your child
