#asktheexpert greetings sir/ mam liyansh is 2 year 8 months old. he eats balanced diet and also chocolates and toffees. but he doesn't gain weight. from past 6 months he is only 13kgs. just wanted to ask that hope it's not a matter of concern or should I consult. thank you

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Maintain hygiene
