Q.

my son is 2 years completed.he is very thin.not having food properly.plz suggest any bone weight gain food

A. prefer fibre and protein rich diet. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. Its Just that because your child is not eating well which is why the way than is not appropriate I’d advise you to consult a doctor it could be due to deficiency is as well so get that started and maybe after that the appetite of the child may become better
