my son is 2 years and 3 months old but doesn't speak a single word and also don't chew food and don't respond to his name

I think you should consult a child specialist in the first place and if the further advised you looking at the situation to consult a child psychologist and you should go ahead with that seems like they would be little bit of delay in to the growth of the child so it’s better to consult your doctor to be sure
