My son is 2 years and 10 months old. He does not speak fluently. Even if he wants milk or hungry he does not ask. But he is taking his toys and sings all rhymes etc..... I would like to know nutritious food that he can take. He does not take fruits or veggies

A. Hello mom it’s very important to expose the child to all kind of food groups .. from the early age so that they get used to it and at Times if required change the form of it and present to them .
