my son is 2 years 4 months old . he had sores in his mouth (2 sores), he can't eat any thing from 3 days but he drank milk and water. when iam trying to feed him he shows his tongue ,how much time to heal the sores, and it is common in this he did not eat anything?

What are you applying it would completely dependent on that because the treatment that you are following that you are applying will take about 24 hours to 48 hours to heal the problem but still if the issue is much in that case you should consult your doctor
