my son is 2 years 10 months old he is tell all the alphabets numbers... but not talking with family members and responding to us..why?

Hi Siri sing can be very easily learn to buy a VD is days every child has become a champion in all these days these things by learning it from YouTube and all but if your child is not practically responding to you then it is a matter of concern in this case I would say that you take a guidance from your doctor to understand more about it in detail consult a child psychologist once
