it happens because of many reasons like nutritional deficiency, excess usage of cosmetic , etc
so please offer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
apply coconut oil daily on your child hair.
wash your child's hair with mild shampoo like Babyhug brand shampoo.
maintain good hygiene.
