my son is 2 year but still not able to talk like other kids of his age. He calls mama to everyone.We try to teach him but he rarely listen or repeat certain common words like papa,Nana and nani which we try to teach .Is it a sign of problem .

A. Call everybody Mama that means your child may not be very sure about that you are the mother because you are saying that the child everybody Mama but if your child is understanding everything response is good in terms of understanding and all that is no problem but other things are also not in place other than speech then it may be a problem you should consult your doctor once
