Q.

My son is 2 year and 2 months old , but hasn’t started talking properly yet , he just talks in his own language with no meaningful words , he conveys his needs by gestures . How much we talk to him , he only talks ( that too in non meaningful words) when he feels like. we live in nuclear family with no help , as a result he sometimes have to play all by himself? Is it our fault as a parents that he hasn’t started talking yet, what can we do more to make him talk?

A. You should try and talk to your child more and more the more you communicate better your child is going to learn get some board books flash cards and at which you can teach and you can talk and play with your child child is going to learn better and practically if you look at it it has got nothing to do with nuclear family most of the families these are nuclear only but some kids pick up very fast take a little time but that is not that parents are at fault because of that but you should not give any screen time to the child if you are giving any
