Q.

my son is 2 year 8 months.and he has cough ,vomiting and fever..he only take a milk or water..please prescribe some medicine or tips

A. You can give paracetamol to the child for fever or Calpol whatever you have available also you can go ahead with giving ginger juice and honey mixture or double Honitus for coughing and please consult your paediatrician I think it could be probably because of throat infection
