Q.

my son is 2 months old n weighs about 5 kg he is having cold so i m giving him T-minic oral drops . how much should i give him the dosage

A. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done agnd according to the type of cough its prescribed. if any fever is there p aracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

A. You can go ahead with giving five drops to the child to time is in the day along with that also I would recommend you to check with the doctor before you go ahead with any medication cause your baby age baby really very small as of now
