my son is 2 month old. and he is spitting milk after every feed. even after burping

Hello mom some times things happens because of reflux action , Try to elevate the baby head a little while feeding with help of your palm or baby pillow as then the flow of the feed would be good , But if its the whole milk then could possibly be due to indigestion.
