This is normal, & small steps can help you deal with it: like make your baby burp after every meal & try to feed your baby in cradle position (head slight up than rest of the body)! your baby is not vomiting, he is just spitting up as their digestive tract is still building up completely, this happens with most of the babies! There is no cause of worry until it's very frequent, then you can see your doctor! Farting is very normal, remember they are on only milk & gas formation is normal, they are just throwing the extra gas out! give them proper light massage too!

Don't give more pressure to baby tummy when you try to feed. Also don't over feed baby. Check if baby is able to latch properly. Always express little milk before feeding. This is will help to get only required mil for baby. Ensure to use right size nipples for bottle feed.
