Q.
My son is 2.9yrs .. he screams alot when he comes back home from school or anytime we take him out.. he does not speak much... he does very less eye contact...

See in this case if your time is not making proper I contact and I don’t time is unable to express his feelings and emotion which is my problem screaming like this as this could be due to deficiency of iron as well it is better to get it checked and start with the medication now otherwise the issue going to increase over the period
