Q.

my son is 2.9 yrs old but he weighs just 12 kgs.. do not eat proper food.. no likings vegetables.. pls suggest what to do

A. weight is not bad. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
