Q.

My son is 2.4 yrs old, I had him from ceserian. I have continuous pain in my lower back. Any advice for that.

A. Lower back pain is mostly related it if you do not maintain proper setting and standing position, and also, if you do not go for regular daily walking You can do regular oil massage for a few days with a gap of 2 to 3 months repeatedly, which helps relieve the complaints

A. You should do exercises associated with your back because when you get an epidural darling you’re spying for your surgery it is very common with women to suffer with this kind of pains of bank associated exercising and yoga is going to be helpful
