A. avoid self medication. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. Hello dear parent, you should give supplements to your baby. As they are important. But you should consult with your paediatric and give then oy. Do not give anything on yohr own. Good luck and take care
