My son is 19 months old but he doesn’t speak a single word. He keeps on blabbering in his own language sometimes will say mumma, dada and didi but randomly without looking at people. I am really concerned if this is some development delay. He is very active and clever otherwise. His motor skills are good but don’t understand what can I do his speech delay.
