Q.
my Son is 19 months now.. He weighs around 10.5 kg is the weight appropriate or is he under weight..I still breastfeed him during the night but want to wean him now .how do I wean him?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes it’s about time that you plan to now wean him off your feed and replace it with animal milk preferably cows milk. You may prefer to give him a filling meal and before bed time milk can be given and try to take help of any family member if possible
