My son is 17 months old. This rash is coming out all over his face.Why is this happening? He had a mild fever.

Atogla cream you can apply as of now which is what is going to be good you can easily apply it about three or four times in the day and this is going to help in reducing down these rashes with time so you can use it generously onto the skin to make the skin feel better which time
