Q.

My son is 17 months old frequently he is suffering from cold what care should I have to take and he is in average weight not more not less what food should I prefer for weight gain and what precautions should I have to take for not getting cold

A. better you take flu vaccine to the baby and do not exposed outside atmosphere Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

A. hi frequent cold Indicates that your child is having low immunity or allergical problem so first , focus on building strong immunity. give citrus fruits, nuts, pulses, etc more it helps in building strong immunity and weight gain too avoid giving cold and sugary food items. keep your child well hydrated provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder daily in morning
