A. The baby will hardly gain 1 to 2 KG’s between 1 to 2 years of age. Try giving high-protein diet on a daily basis and include dry food and add powder in the diet.Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi, since your baby is 14-month-old start giving butter milk every day which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving the appetite. You can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home make sure it is less oil and less spicy. Instead of giving three big meals try to give five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and in a smaller intervals. Also give adequate liquid like buttermilk, coconut water, Dal water, milkshakes and always give lukewarm water to drink which helps in good digestion. Expose your baby to sunlight for about one hour in a day. Make a timetable so that you can cover all type of veggies fruits and pulses.Write Your Answer Here
