ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you may introduce now, in very little amount, Give 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks to a 1 year old baby. Give all family food in soft and little mashed form.. ok

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam ,after one year age ,child can take almost all food items which are prepared at home. so , as your child is 13 months old, definitely you can feed salty food. give homeprepared, Healthy diet.
