Dear doctor, my son is just 1 year old. Till 1 year I haven't introduced salt to him. Can I add salt to him while giving vegetables mixed rice now ? .How much salt should we give per day to 1 year kids?

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually yes offcourse you can add a bit of salt as well as sweet also I should start giving all home made food items like Idli dosa upma khichdi pongal dal rice kind of food items to the baby
