my son is 13 months old he had a fever but only his head is getting more hot than body how much dose of paracetamol oral drops 100mg can given to my son

A. one ml of the medicine pk. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
