my son is 11months old what should i do for home remidies for cough n cold?

give plenty of feeds , adequate rest to the baby.
indirect steam , hot water bath will also help.
consult your paediatrician if baby is feeding less, excessively drowsy or if cold increases.
post illness babies might be cranky , irritable.
nose block congestion also result in loss of appetite, difficult sucking. try different head up feeding position.
feed by spoon otherwise.
Maintain hygiene.
if bottle feeding, maintain sterility as its a common source of infections.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu can gently massage your baby back and chest using mustard oil infused with garlic which can help baby to get relief from cough and also cough and you may also give baby indirect steam which also will help baby to recover fast md makes baby feel better and comfortable also
