my son is 10 month old he just yesterday got his vaccination done today i saw her body is full of allergy like hand leg and bum and full back what lotion can I apply to it

If it just started happening within one hour of the vaccination maybe this is because of vaccination otherwise I don’t think so but currently I’m just going to recommend you to apply lotion on the entire body wherever it is happening and also please consult your doctor
