Q.
my son is 1 year old, if he gets fever or cold, some people tell not to use medicine, it will cure by itself and immunity will boost up. but my fear is, if we do not use medicine how will it be cured rather it gets worse!!!

Above that give medicine. Uou can give ayurveda medicine to your child if apprehension is there.
They boost the immune system as well and you can rely on them
