Q.
my son is 1 year and 7 months old, he is walking, running normally but not responding to his name, not responding to video calls, but is easily responds to TV / mobile sounds. Also he is not talking words daily at some instance he speaks few words like 'tai' 'kaye' etc but not talking much during walking and running is always try to go towards roads only. not playing with other children or in group. please share your view whether this is normal?

If your child is not responding to name or to any other thing other than mobile and television then your child is having a delayed growth maybe have shown from previously mobile or TV which has been delayed a little bit consult your doctor a psychologist child psychology you should visit
