My son is 1 year and 4 months old but he does not eat food at all.

Teething could be happening with your child that can often lead to the situation with a child faces loss of appetite so you should try to give different options in varieties to encourage your child to eat better and prefer giving more of liquid to semi solid by proper salt and spices in the food
